Who was on the podium in Paris in 2009 as winner of the Tour de France 'King of the Mountains' competition?

Explanation

The Italian Franco Pellizotti won the polka dot jersey in 2009, way ahead of the next rider. In 2011, however, his title as well as all other results from 2009 were delted because of irregular numbers in his blood work. Thus, there is no official winner of the 'King of the Mountains' competition from that year. Franco Pellizotti obtained 210 points in the competition that year whilst the Spaniard Egoi Martinez camed second with 135 points.
