What do they hide in the rice dessert on Christmas Eve in Denmark?

In Denmark, the most common Christmas meal is roast duck or pork served with gravy, boiled potatoes, sugar glazed potatoes and red cabbage. For dessert a rice and almond pudding with cherry sauce is served. A whole almond is hidden in the pudding. The person who gets the almond wins a small gift.
