What country has received 12 points most times in a Eurovision Song Contest final?

Explanation

For a long time, the UK held the record with 10 x 12 points in 1997. From 2005 they had to share it with Greece, but it should be added that 25 countries voted in 1997 whilst 39 countries voted in 2005. Norway got 12 points 16 times in 2009 while Sweden got 18 x 12 points in 2012.
