How many guests were invited to the wedding between Prince William and Kate Middleton?

Explanation

The wedding of Prince William of Wales and Kate Middleton took place at Westminster Abbey on 29 April 2011. Prince William, who is second in the line of succession to Queen Elizabeth II, first met Middleton in 2001, while he was studying at the University of St Andrews. Applications from young girls to the university soared when it became public that William would attend, but Kate already stole his heart in the first year.
