What happened the first time Justin Bieber met Usher?

When Justin was 13 years old, in Autumn 2007, he took his first trip to Atlanta. On this trip, he also met Usher for the first time - in a parking lot outside Jermaine Dupri's studio. Justin had just met his manager-to-be, Scooter, for the first time, and they were stopping by Dupri's studio. As he was standing on the parking lot, Usher got out of a black Range Rover. Justin asks Usher whether he can sing for him, but Usher says no, thinking Justin is Scooter's cousin. A year later the two meet again, and everything has changed.
