How did Usher first get interested in Justin Bieber?

Explanation

The first time Justin met Usher, Usher turned him down, thinking he was Scooter's younger cousin. A year later, when Justin was 14, Usher had seen his YouTube clip and asked Scooter why he had not been introduced yet. Scooter replied that Ustin had turned him down himself, that day on the parking lot outside Dupri's studio. By now, not only Usher but also Justin Timberlake had eyed the super talent. Two weeks before Justin's 14th birthday, he and Usher met for the 2nd time. Many more meetings were to come.
