With whom did Justin Bieber present the "Best New Artist" award during the Grammy Awards in 2010?

Explanation

On 31 January 2010, the 52nd Grammy Awards were handed out in Los Angeles. Justin and Ke$ha were awarding "Best New Artist". The Grammys is the biggest and most prestigious award in the music industry. When Justin was on stage he saw his old love Beyonce in the first row and decided to have a bit of fun with her. So when it was time to say which song Bon Jovi would perform later in the evening he said Beyonce instead of Bon Jovi, because he had Beyonce on his mind. No-one, Beyonce included, seemed to understand he misspoke on purpose.
