What is it useful to have when it rains?

Explanation

An umbrella is a canopy designed to protect against rain. The umbrella consists of a frame, covered with water-proof material. All of this is foldable. A classic gentleman's umbrella folds around a stick that can also be used as walking stick. A smaller format is built around a telescopic stick so that you can fit it in your bag.
